Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on going support for clients and families
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and on-going program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
  • Develop and conduct staff trainings
  • Collaborate with other BCBA’s and all organization team positions
  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

Qualifications, Requirements and skills:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individualized behavior programs
  • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Clear background check
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician responsibilities:

  • Working directly with clients and parents
  • Relationship building/pairing with client through social play
  • Implementing individualized programming using applied behavior analysis
  • Implementing behavior treatment plans written by the BCBA
  • Opportunity to be a trainer and train entry level Behavior Technicians

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Must have RBT certification credentialed from Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism for at least 1 year
  • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for at least 1 year
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
  • Proven ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Clear background check
Behavior Therapist (BT)

Behavior Therapist responsibilities:

  • Implementation of individualized behavior plans and programs written by supervising BCBA
  • Work under direct supervision of BCBA
  • Responsible for tracking behavioral data for each client on case load
  • Document daily behavioral notes
  • Follow and maintain procedural integrity
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-homes and community setting

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience
  • A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
  • Some afternoons or weekend availability
